More than an immigration consultant, Oladipupo is a researcher, traveller, and nation-
builder who has dedicated years to studying how countries create opportunities for their
citizens through education, global exposure, and strategic migration. His work is driven by a
simple belief: when Nigerians gain access to world-class education, international experience,
and global networks, they become better equipped to contribute meaningfully to the future
of Nigeria.
His journey has taken him across the United States, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and
several other parts of the world, including the USA, the UAE, China, Spain, and the United
Kingdom. Rather than travelling as a tourist, he travelled with curiosity, studying the
systems, policies, and educational models that have helped nations build prosperous
economies and globally competitive citizens. These experiences continue to shape the vision
and work of Japa Partners.
Inspired by countries such as China, which invested in educating its citizens abroad before
harnessing their expertise for national development, Oladipupo founded Ile-Iwe Education
and later Japa Partners to help more Nigerians access similar opportunities. His goal is not
simply to help people relocate, but to empower them with the knowledge, guidance, and
support they need to build successful global careers while remaining connected to the
future of Nigeria.
